Detailed information

FOAM
We reprocess EPP, EPE and EPS foams from disposable or reusable systems into high quality color-clean regranulates. Focusing on the automotive and packaging industries, we take boxes and components as follows:

EPP black & pink
EPE natural & colored
EPS white

Take-back system EPP foams

For lightweight packaging such as EPP (expanded polypropylene) crates that have a lot of volume but little weight, we have set up an intelligent take-back system throughout Europe to recycle the packaging as efficiently as possible. In order to reduce CO2 emissions, we work with compressors, which allows us to reduce inefficient transports, as well as the large space required. The low loading weight of only 1.2 tons per truck is thus increased to 22 tons per truck. For smaller quantities, we have set up collection points where the load carriers can be compacted so that they do not have to be transported all over Europe.
Cooperation with JSP.
Together with the material manufacturer JSP International Sarl, we have set up a recycling system. The load carriers are sorted according to strict quality guidelines. This incoming inspection is important in order to produce the necessary quality that is required so that the materials can be used again in safety-relevant components in the automotive industry.
