Saperatec has established a first of its kind plant in Dessau, Sachsen-Anhalt, Germany for advanced mechanical recycling of multi-layer composite materials from post-consumer and post-industry waste. With our proprietary technology we are able to delaminate polymers from aluminum foil in packaging waste and used beverage carton rejects (PolyAl), to obtain film grade, recycled LDPE, aluminum powder and shredded caps (HDPO). The plant has a size of over 30.000 tons annual capacity. We seek for collaboration with the packaging industry, offtakers for recovered raw materials and potential investors.
