Our annual group turnover is about USD 750 million. Over the years the company has extended its operations from that of Plastic, Steel, Wood, Paper & Oleo Chemical to the Energy from Rubber. In Plastics, we are handling 400K tons a year, including Scrap, Grinding, Recycled granules, Off grades and Prime Plastics. We are the sole distributor of OPAL (ONGC India) for their Prime polymers (PE and PP) for Europe and Nepal market.

Gemcorp Recycling & Technology Pvt Ltd a subsidiary of Gemini in India, has started the collection, recycling, & distribution of recycled plastics in India in the year 2020. This was created as a social program to uplift the life of rag pickers (we call them reclaimers) and now become a self-sustainable and profitable unit and on a path to be one of the largest recyclers of PE & PP in India. We are diverting waste from landfill into raw material for Chemical Recycling.

Our Associate in USA “Sigma Recycling INC” has been awarded “2019 President’s E Award” for the significant contribution to an increase in U.S. export. We are proud to have “3A1” rating from Dun & Bradstreet Credit rating agency.

Gemini has joined as A Board Member of CEOs-led AEPW "Alliance To End Plastic Waste" to contribute substantially to the issue of sustainability.

We are aware of and recognize our responsibility towards society. Gemini has planted 100,000 trees, adopted 11 Villages for free medical needs and built 2 schools providing free education to over 300 less privileged children in Rajasthan, India.
